I selected Otto from Homestars. He promptly came out and explained the process and timeline. Additionally, he offered to take out a portion of our sidewalk leading to the porch.
I was told that there would be an approximate 5 week wait and it was about that. Any delays due to weather, Otto always apprised me. He followed up continually to ensure the vision agreed upon was executed.
A thoroughly pleasant experience and would recomment Otto to anyone.
We'll look forward to enjoying the porch in the warmer weather.
