WARNING! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Unethical company to buy used appliances from. My 70 year old mother bought a stove from them 3 months ago. Right away we found out it has a faulty burner. Notified them immediately. Lady who answered said they don't have a technician yet and will fix it once they get a technician. That was 3 months ago.  Multiple phone calls were made to the company during these 3 months as the faulty stove is a huge fire hazard for my 70 year old Mother who lives alone. I was finally able to talk to another person who told me once again that their technician is unavailable as he is on vacation. During the same phone call, he stated that he just bought this company from someone else and not sure if they can honor the 3 month warranty. I am in disbelief as my family has been getting the run around for 3 months. The warranty expired 2 days ago and the stove is still not fixed. Seems like the warranties are thrown in just for the sake of a sale so be careful what you buy from this company. I'd suggest not buying from them at all.  I don't buy their excuse that they don't have a technician as it's hard for me to believe how a used appliance company can function without a technician for 3 months!  This matter will be reported to the BBB.

Purchased a new washer dryer. Dryer had issues from day one. Took weeks to get a hold of someone, once I did was continually told They’d call back tomorrow. Fast forward 9 months when they finally exchanged the dryer. When o saw it the following day I had suspicions it was used but couldn’t get a response. 2 days later water was leaking everywhere amd there were a number of holes in the dryer and vents etc were filthy dirty. I have demanded a refund and of course they don’t show up and said they would send an etransfer for the refund and are refusing now. WSte of time and money. Very disappointed amd highly recommend NEVER using this company

Bought a dryer a couple days ago. Everything was great, and they delivered the next day at the exact time they said they would. I thought it would work great since it was in “great condition”, but a few days later when I did laundry, I turned the dryer on and it started making an intense squeaking sound and there was nothing we could do to fix it. I tried calling them multiple times to tell them about the problem and see what they could do to fix it, but they never picked up. I am extremely disappointed with this. I definitely DO NOT recommend getting anything from this place. They are not professional at all.

Bought a used machine for our company as I thought our was leaking. Turned out to be plugged drain. Called and asked if I could get my old one back for back up was given the run a round And told it was tossed out. Hard to believe when there was nothing wrong with it. Gave me owners number of course no return call. They are a untrustworthy don’t use them

Bought a washer and dryer, over the range microwave and dishwasher from here. Didn't have good feeling from the beginning, however, in an effort to save a buck on appliances for my suite I went ahead (first mistake I suppose, shame on me). Anyway, few months in clothes washer died. Lucky tenant was understanding as took a few weeks to get them out. They replaced it with same model, which is still working, however, I can only wonder how many washes it has left.
Now, dryer is dead. Been trying for over a week to get them out to look at it and after a few confirmed times, they were no show every time. I cannot get a response by phone or text now either. Paid for repair man (that I found on my own) to visit and have diagnosis problem. I need a new board, $228 plus labour (and I feel confident in this repair man's diagnosis). I now have to decide between new dryer and the repair and dryer is less than 10 months old.
I suppose the good news is I will probably have all new appliances in my suite soon, bad news is I will have bought them twice :(
For the amount of time I have spent running down Noor for help and repairs, plus the time spent to come home early for their visits where they have no showed, plus ... I am sure I would have been farther ahead by buying the appliances, new, full pop, from a conventional retailer.
That pains me to say as I do believe there are good deals out there and paying full pop at retail feels almost like a sin, the alternative in this case has been worse.

Horrible service. Called out same day. Required payment same day. Fixed fridge but would be back for dishwasher and dryer in a few days.did not return for 3.5weeks. After telling me day after day he would come same day. After walking into store demanding money back came back fixed dryer but not dish washer. Wanted to keep my money

I think they provided me with great service because they came the same day I called in about 20 mins and repaired it quickly costing me the minimum of what I was told by another repair company
