Stopped by the store and were greeted by Salesman Lawrence. He showed us around to the washers we were looking for and was knowledgeable in the pros and cons of different brands. When we selected the one we wanted, he even gave us a price break, making it the best deal of all the stores we canvassed.
We scheduled delivery for the following weekend. The estimated delivery time was not met, but that can be difficult when projecting times from the day before. It arrived 90 minutes later and deliveryman Deep and his associate made short work of removing the old washer and installing the new one. It was hooked up and tested, and they were done in 20 minutes. A quick, pleasant experience. Love the new washer - well done guys!
