Rolltec Awning installation for our Patio
We contacted Rolltec awnings for assistance with an installation of retractable awning for our patio. After a brief telephone call, They sent a knowledgable sales rep to our home with samples to give us an estimate.
We've had a very good experience with them. The salesperson was on time, down to earth and answered all the questions we had without any "hesitation". The installation was quick and efficient. And best of all we have the awning now for 2 years and it's working beautifully. No matter the weather. The only reason why we gave a 9 rating and not a 10 it is simply because, after the installation, It got a little uneven on one side but when we called the company, they explained how to adjust it, which wasn't that easy for us. Over all, a great company to deal with and professional installation services.
