Pros and cons: Alarm force were great when signing a long term commitment / contract. After a couple of months the system started failing, it took about a week for them to send a technician. After having a couple of issues with the alarm not triggering, a new box was sent as a replacement. Since we installed it we had four issues which if someone was going to break in will probably take everything from us. Their customer service is 50% which means, I had to deal a couple of times with rude reps over the phone while trying to explain that our place wasn't secure. Right now we are paying about $45 monthly, I had to install a separate video system with another company because I don't feel 100% protected with Alarm Force.

Our home needed a new makeover from the roof to the basement. The old basement kitchen that appeared to be very small, outdated and nonfunctional was the most challenging part of our extensive home renovation. We were left extremely satisfied and impressed with the level of service and care that Cargo Cabbie provided. These guys are the type of movers that are not only rare, but hard to find. This company deserves, my business, our trust and the time to write a glowing review. In short: My wife and I sold our first home after 10 years. Having two kids and a house full of stuff that we had accumulated over the years, we knew we were going to need help from professionals. Two of my colleagues used cargo cabbie services in the past, so when the time came to make a decision, it was a no brainer. We found their office staff to be helpful, friendly and accommodating. On moving day, Their staff / moving-team came on-time and brought two shiny brand new trucks to move our three bedroom house. The team did a terrific job prepping the house by protecting floors and doors, followed by loading and moving every piece of furniture in a matter of hours while nothing was damaged. We contacted Rolltec awnings for assistance with an installation of retractable awning for our patio. After a brief telephone call, They sent a knowledgable sales rep to our home with samples to give us an estimate. We've had a very good experience with them. The salesperson was on time, down to earth and answered all the questions we had without any "hesitation". The installation was quick and efficient. And best of all we have the awning now for 2 years and it's working beautifully. No matter the weather. The only reason why we gave a 9 rating and not a 10 it is simply because, after the installation, It got a little uneven on one side but when we called the company, they explained how to adjust it, which wasn't that easy for us. Over all, a great company to deal with and professional installation services.
