Pros and cons:
Alarm force were great when signing a long term commitment / contract. After a couple of months the system started failing, it took about a week for them to send a technician.
After having a couple of issues with the alarm not triggering, a new box was sent as a replacement. Since we installed it we had four issues which if someone was going to break in will probably take everything from us.
Their customer service is 50% which means, I had to deal a couple of times with rude reps over the phone while trying to explain that our place wasn't secure. Right now we are paying about $45 monthly, I had to install a separate video system with another company because I don't feel 100% protected with Alarm Force.
