Roast to lethbridge milestone homes. Our house is less then 3 years old and we have a giant crack in the roof, on 3 separate walls the drywall tape is pealing off the wall from the roof to the floor. Along side that we have 3 doors in our house that won't close at all or close properly & the flooring they put it is pealing up in 3 different areas in the house. After contacting milestone on 9 separate occasions to see if they come look at the issues and see if we can resolve them, I finally got ahold of the guy who then called me back on a Thursday at 4pm on a long weekend saying he would come on Monday to look at it. Umm no? I have a job I need to be at. Letting him know that wasn't going to work he never called back .. I had to again call them. Finally picking a time and date he said he would have to check and he would get back to me if that worked for him. Guess what! I again had to ask him the day of if he was going to make it. Lucky he said he could. Way to keep me on my toes. Comes and looks at everything says there is nothing he can do. And that I should report it with new home warranty.. but adding that they probably won't do anything for it either. I have filed a report with Alberta new home warranty, but guess what that costs $100... ugh. The amount it is going to cost to fix all the issues is quite substantial. Regardless of the questionable job they did building this house. I mainly ROAST the crappy customer service I got from them.

We bought a new home from milestone homes and did a walk-through prior to taking possession. We had about ten deficiencies to fix and after 7 months and constant emails and phone calls, basically nothing has been completed. The brand new stove had two issues with it and instead of replacing it with a new one at the start, the owner took it for over a month and brought it back totally covered in dirt (clearly it wasn't covered on the truck and likely sat outside for weeks). My advice to anyone is to have the deficiencies completed before moving in and don't expect any warranty work from them.

I’m very surprised because my review couldn’t be more opposite than the previous reviews. We built a custom home with Milestone Homes and have nothing but good to say about Bob and the staff. The time they spent with us picking out flooring to cupboards to paint colors was endless. Believe me, I’m not the easiest to please and I was totally impressed. We wouldn’t hesitate to build another home with Milestone or recommend Milestone to friends & colleagues!

Not a good custom builder. Expensive upgrades. Cheap products used. Unfriendly owner. Hard to deal with. Not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend building with them or build with them again myself.

Purchased a condo from this builder. Probably the worst experience of my life. Builder did not fix many items during warranty period. This is the case with 60 other unit owners as well. Builder has a grading issue that he refuses to fix correctly. Owner Bob is probably the worst buisness person I have ever had a conversation with. Fix for grading issue was to dump some dirt and then put field grass seed over it . Basically the area that has the water pilling issue is way worse then before. No person I have ever spoke with has anything good to say about this builder. Avoid building with this person at all costs!
