Superior Air Duct Cleaning

Superior Air Duct Cleaning was referred to us by a neighbor. When we had them come in to clean our ducts the individuals explained the process to me (inclusive of time, procedures, scents and sounds). They were careful to ensure efficiency, and keeping my home cleaned up. They also then informed about additional services that we would benefit from without insisting or trying to make a hard sell and kept us informed and then let us make a decision. They also told us how to maintain clean air in our home at a reasonable cost (i.e. repairing our heap filter instead of insisting on the purchase of a new one). I would recommend Superior Air Duct Cleaning to anyone who wants to insure respectful, informed and efficient servicemen in their home. Luke and Helder arrived right on time for my appointment. Extremely professional and courteous. They brought my attention to a couple of issues with my humidifier and furnace filters and provided corrective suggestions. They never pushed or up-sold those corrective measures.

performed as expected, the man went downstairs, closed the door, turned on a machine, I heard video game sounds in the background. I think even the machine sounds were mostly him going 'woosh woosh, bang bang, pew pew'. Being a gullible fool I assumed these sounds to equal work equivalent to $150. So I ponied up.

I had just recently purchased a home and hired Superior Air Duct Clening to clean the vents. When Luke and Nuno arrived they discovered the vents in the house which is over 60 years old were never cleaned. They spend 4 hours as opposed to the regular 1 and 1/2 cleaning the vents but charged me the same amount as it was a regular job. I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of this company!

Nuno and Helder of Superior came to install a humidifier on our furnance. Not only were they incredibly professional, they were friendly and extremely helpful when demonstrating how to use and maintain the humidifier. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home and never for a moment felt that I wasn't receiving the exact service that I had paid for or that I was in any way being "upsold". They provided excellent advice with respect to heating our home and improving the cost of our power bill. The price that Superior charged to install the humidifier was substantially lower than any other quote I had received from other companies. I highly recommend the company.

We went with Superior after reading some good reviews elsewhere online. We knew the work had to be done right because we had tons of drywall and plaster dust all over the house following a major renovation. We were not disappointed! My husband was here when the fellow came to do the work and he was so impressed with how the guy took the time to explain to him what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all of my husband's questions and was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't believe it when I came home and my husband said he'd been WOWED by a duct cleaner! I heard of Superior from a friend at work that suggested I use them to solve a dryer problem that I was having. From the time I called in to get information I could tell that this was an organised company. Steve was very informative in explaining the process to me before we booked and I ended up booking a duct cleaning service as well. I have had my ducts cleaned a few times in the past and I couldnt believe the difference in the operation while the cleaning was being performed. The two technicians that came to my house the day of the appointment were very honest, polite and very respectfull of my property. During the cleaning process they took the time to explain to me what was going on while giving advice on how to maintian my system. Once the duct cleaning was completed they then cleaned my dryer line and did a great job. it turns out that there was a birds nest in the exhausts line and they were able to remove it. My dryer has never worked better. The next day following my service I went in to work and thanked my co-worker for a great referral. I would suggest anyone interested in a great duct cleaning experience to try the guys out. Ill use them for the rest of my home owning life!! Keep up the great work!

Superior Air Duct Cleaning were great to deal with over the phone. They showed up on time, completed the cleaning, and walked us through our HVAC system in our new home. They were thorough and efficient.
