Worst...and I mean worst, service possible. They completely botched the repair on my "just out of warranty" AC unit so badly it's hard to comprehend.
Trip out to estimate service required = $150.00 = lost time from work
Second trip out to repair but had incorrect parts = lost time from work
Third trip out they repair the unit for $ 1700.00 + lost time from work.
They forget to send out a final bill despite me calling them 4 times to advise I still don't have one. Finally it arrives in February - 6 months later
AC works fine for 2 months leading into fall even tho it's seldom used and on first startup this past April the unit malfunctions. Call to these incompetents and it turns out their warranty is 30 days on parts - zero days on labor.
Fourth trip out at a quoted cost of $150.00, because unit is out of their next to non existent warranty - (all good because I won't be paying it anyways) - They advise that the unit now requires a further $ 800 - 900 work. This is end of April and the unit was maybe run 6 times since the previous mid July. Unit wasn't run September thru to end of April and it was defunct on first startup.
I call in two other AC service companies who advise the job Dyand did should have taken 6 hours with all the testing required to insure there were no leaks. Incompetents obviously didn't test anything because they were here max 2.5 hours and there is now zero freon in my unit.
Other repair companies also advise Dyand used sections of improper parts. Parts from the new non-freon AC units and mine is the older style. Incompetents were dumb enough to leave the left over parts they cut pieces from in my furnace room for evidence.
Zero satisfaction talking to the service manager, who is a complete stunjob with zero customer service skills. When I advised him of the reports I was given by the two other AC service companies his exact words were, "If you aren't happy call the Better Business Bureau", then he hangs up the phone.
Reading the reviews from "happy" customers below I have to assume they were written by Dyand employees. Maybe even the "incompetent" posing as a service manager.
Do yourself a huge favour and gives these incompetent bumblers a wide pass. They just do not care about their customers. If you ever require service they will either screw it up or their customer service will be so poor you'll end up hiring someone else to do the job.
Save yourself some time and go elsewhere to start.
