As a long standing customer, without much need for customer care to date, it was gratifying to receive very friendly, efficient and timely response from the moment I called your service centre, to receiving same day on-site service by your technician on our home alarm system. This included the relocation of a motion detector to ensure it was now positioned to monitor the entire room, and the subsequently identified need to purchase batteries for our 2 wireless transmitters, to remedy a 'low battery' warning light. The technician, already on the road when he received our service call from the central office, didn't have a supply of the required 4 button batteries and took upon himself to go to the local drugstore to make the purchase on our behalf.
While all this work was most definitely done outside of warranty, upon being presented with the completed Service Call Report detailing the tasks, including the purchased batteries , the bottom line showed the 'balance owing' at the previously advised flat rate of $75 +HST. All-in-all, a demonstrated customer care experience beyond all expectations from start-to-finish. Now i fully understand why Pre-Lock has retained our business for many years.
