I contacted the owner of Pre-Lock, Paul Seidman, based on the recommendation of a good friend.

We were looking to upgrade all the locks in our house and needed expert advice.

I contacted Paul and arranged for him to come to our home to provide a free estimate. Paul's knowledge was incredible and he explained how we could improve the security of our house by tenfold. We ultimately settled on a series of Medeco locks and other reinforcements for the doors. We were then contacted by his site coordinator and arranged a time for installation.

His installer arrived at the time specified by his coordinator and then he reviewed exactly what he was going to do on each door. He was extremely professional, courteous and neat. In a matter of 2 hours he was done and had gone the extra step of adjusting all the doors so they closed even better than before.

I am beyond satisfied with the work done by Paul and his team. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional locksmith.
