Spa has been so beneficial year-round for my friends and family's health and well-being. Staying active and having accessibility all year long has helped many people achieve low impact exercise. The staff are very helpful, patient and kind with advice and assistance for orders and any questions. The staff were always willing to help out with testing and concerns over Spa products and their use. Krevco staff are very professional and friendly!

We bought 2 umbrellas, a table and 6 chairs at Krevco this year2023One umbrella works great the other was always sticky which we thought maybe everything was a little bit tighter so maybe it needed time! NOT!! The bolts ended up bending and 2 small holes were made! Warranty not covered as the company who manufactured the umbrella states that the claim appears fishy!! Like we broke a $1700 umbrella on purposeKrevco said we could buy a new umbrella for $1100 (cost) We took the umbrella apart and found that a major bolt that held the umbrella frame together was missing which caused the umbrella to twist and cause the damage!! Do not shop at Krevco as they could care less about you! We spent $10,000 and have been treated very badly over this! Too bad for them cause we were going to buy another $10,000 worth of furniture for our other deck to create a cohesive look! Bad bad Krevco!

Krevco replaced my pool liner and did a great job. Everything went smoothly. Looks great!

I make this short and sweet.

1) Took over TWO MONTHS for our hot tub to be delivered
2) Wrong "extras" installed - it's been 6 months and it's still left unfixed
3) HORRIBLE customer service and care

Shop elsewhere.

We renovated our home 5 years ago and bought a jetted tub and a shower with jets. The jets in the tub are so loud we never use them. The shower head after a couple of years broke and needed to be replaced. Now the temperature control in the shower is not working properly. I go to Krevco and they don't have a replacement part as they no longer deal with Maxx. They send me to other companies to get a Maxx part. All this just adds up to a wild goose chase as no one in winnipeg is able to get a part for me. The shower has now been not been used to 3 weeks and counting. Krevco has very poor costumer service. Once they have your cash forget about any help.
