The absolute worse company to deal with, especially Tammy. Extremely unprofessional, and highly unorganized.

They took my 50% deposit ($614, NOT A SMALL AMOUNT) in March, never sent me a copy of the receipt until 2 months later when I asked. Then in April I asked how much notice they needed to get the stone I put the deposit on, and was told 1 to 2 weeks.

I followed up in July and asked if one of their guys could come out to measure my fireplace to be sure I got the correct amount of stone
No response for 3 weeks.

Over 3 weeks later, they emailed asking for my number so an associate could reach me.

The associate never contacted me.

Now August, I receive a voicemail saying there isn't enough time to complete my request for this project, and that a refund had been issued. Then why did Brad, my original point of contact, say 1 to 2 weeks, was more than enough time?

DO NOT deal with this company, they are extremely unreliable and VERY difficult to deal with.

The concrete stones are guaranteed for thirty years, but the mortar that holds them in place is not. This has been crumbling now, five years after the job, and water is getting in and behind. The company refused to deal with this, and have been rude and inconsiderate in their dealings with me.

We have used this company for exterior stone on two houses as well as for a custom mantle surrounding a fireplace (not in stone). The selection is not as big as other places but there are various colour shades and the pricing and service is great. They have beautiful mantles that they make for your fireplace and can design to suit you with desired colour. These mantles are worth checking out. Very decent company.

The owner Ron is very customer-oriented, was onsite almost everyday and for extended periods of time. The crew were clean, careful,professional, and tidied up every night. They worked 7 days/week to get the job done on time. We're extremely happy with the completed job and we've had extensive compliments from neighbours. One of the best compliments are the high number of vehicles that slow down/stop as they go by our place to take a look! It's made our 1961 bungalow contemporary!
