I am new to hot tubs and Bud's has been very helpful and very patient. They are professional and preventative in approach which means my hot tub will always be available when I want it.

Bud’s replaced a sand filter on short notice and while we were on vacation. We trusted them completely after they had done a repair to a return line in June and we weren’t disappointed. We could barely tell they’d been at the house except for the work that had been completed. Top notch work done providing peace of mind.

How does one start to list the amazing and courteous qualities of the staff and technicians? From the First call to the final test run to ensure everything was running smoothly, Bud's Spas & Tubs were extraordinary. I never felt like I was being cheated, or not listened to. They offered solutions and came through even when it looked "next to impossible". There should be no reason anyone would seek a different supplier/service company. Buds staff are quick, efficient and very professional. They also come when promised and stand behind their work.

Replacement of broken heater. Addition of start up spa chemicals.

I have had a pool for at least 15 years. I have lived in two different cites and have used at least 4 pool companies. By far Buds Pool and Spa have made my pool opening experience the best I’ve ever had. They’re attention to detail, professionalism, ability to fix any problems and follow up with the customer is amazing. I will gladly recommend them.

We couldn't find a spa pump or for our spa. We called buds pools and Ken did everything he could to find us one. We brought in the old one, and he figured out the best way to make a newer model work, needless to say we went home with a new one. Carol was also a big help. Great staff. New go to place.

There is always friendly and helpful staff in store. They've helped us find the right parts for minor repair on our hot tub and the right chemicles when needed.

I was referred to Buds from a friend and was not disappointed with the work. From start to finish the company was very professional, very easy to work with and did a wonderful job even when I had landscaping troubles with my own contractor. Even though the store is not located particularly close to my home, I still prefer to use their retail store and watertesting services, with the added benefit of receiving air miles when I make a purchase. I will continue to use Buds for all my pool needs and referring to my family and friends.
