Darryl's Heating & Cooling

I had the guys from Darryls come and clean my gas furnace. I set up my appointment over the internet and they showed up on time. I asked for a call prior to their arrival and they called me about 10 minutes prior - which was nice to be a little prepared. They were thorough with the maintenance and they showed me when they cleaned out the furnace water trap, it was full of brownish sludge. I am glad I had them in and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Needed a new central air conditioner so I read a few reviews online and got a few quotes and they were all very similar but I was impressed with the guys at Darryl's. Very knowledgeable, professional and had a lot of patience with my many questions. The install was done within a day, they didn't raise the price from what they quoted and they did a great job cleaning up. I went with the American Standard model and it works great!!

I am going to need a furnace and a few years, so I will most definitely be calling them to do this for me.

Darryl's Heating & Cooling was recommended to me by a neighbor. We set up a date for them to give us a quote and they showed up on time. Brett went over all of our options and clearly explained the benefits of each level of unit versus cost, since there can be a large range in price depending on the model! They were competitive with other quotes we got, not the cheapest but we felt the most comfortable with them.

The day came to install and it was Darryl, Brett and a helper who showed up. They laid out tarps and mats to cover our floors so nothing got damaged or dirty while removing the old furnace. It took them a full day to get everything done. Their work is very professional and well thought out, you can tell they take pride in their work.

We had this done over a year ago and everything is running perfect, the American Standard furnace is so quiet and it dropped our utility bills. We have had them back once to service the unit and we were once again impressed with their professionalism.

We have had some bad experiences with heating contractors in Owen Sound, so these guys were a breath of fresh air for us!

Darryl is very reliable and honest. He was able to find a wood/ oil combination furnace for us and replace our old one with it. He does the yearly maintenance. We highly recomment him for any furnace or airconditioner job.

They were helpful in identifying the correct furnace for our needs. They helped us understand the warranties. They suggested altering and improving the fuel line from the tank to the furnace which we adopted - very satisfied with this choice. The installation went according to plan and in a timely fashion. Clean-up was mediocore - we had to do a thorough cleaning once the job was done (ex. did not sweep under shelving and other harder to reach places). Very friendly, non-invasive service and the product they sold has held up well.
