Fabulous service! Polite, prompt and the workmanship is great. I appreciated the clean up of the work site upon finishing and the fact that they came back to swap out the thermostat when a newer model was released.

My furnace died in March and Big Springs Plumbing came the same day as I called and had a new furnace in place the next day. They were very professional, friendly and above all else, they cleaned up behind them. The cover was bent and they went above and beyond to get me new one.

Had several smaller but necessary jobs completed to our "new to us" house, to bring it up up to code. All charges were discussed ahead of time and very reasonable, employees arrived on time and were very pleasant and job was done with no problem. Have used this business before and will call again for any plumbing needs etc.

I had Big Springs come and move my basement bathroom plumbing. They were on time for what was a fairly big job and then I had them back to put the concrete back in. Matt gave me an accurate quote and I am very satisfied with the work done.

Required 3 toilets and 1 pedestal sink to be upgraded/replaced. I chose this company because it is local and family owned/operated. Matt and Kristen provided exceptional customer service and I received great advice regarding the style & type of hardware to use for the project. Matt was very professional and payed close attention to details during installation, taking pride in his work and service. Overall, a great company with integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

This situation first began in December 21, 2013. My family was coming for Christmas dinner and my sink was leaking. Someone came and said that it was a problem with the faucet and they only had one model that compared to the one I had. They said they gave me a good price but it still seemed expensive. They assured me it was an excellent faucet with a lifetime guarantee. Five months later my sink was leaking again. I called Big Springs back and the plumber couldn't find a problem. He didn't charge me anything which is good, but he also didn't fix the problem, which is bad. A couple of weeks later I notice that the water had leaked through and destroyed the ceiling and drywall in the basement. Water was pouring into the basement. I called Big Springs again and the receptionist offered me an appointment for Monday. ( I called on Friday morning.... Their ad does say they pride themselves on same day service). I pointed out that my basement is flooding because they failed to fix an issue that they caused in the first place and finally they consented to send someone out. This guy went into the basement and said that water had obviously been leaking down there for months. He pulled apart the faucet and said "that doesn't look right!". He put the faucet back together and told me to wrap a towel around the pipes so I can still use the kitchen sink. Later he called and said that delta was responsible for the leak since it was their faucet. He said he would give them my number and they would be contacting me. That was a week ago. I still can't use my kitchen sink because if I turn the water on at all, water goes pouring into the basement. The ceiling and drywall are completely destroyed and Big Springs has conveniently passed the buck to a big name company even though they did the initial installation and were unable to find the problem when the leak was first discovered. I don't know how much it will cost to repair my basement, but I do know that if I had never called Big Springs I wouldn't be in this situation.

We needed a new hot water tank, and they were awesome!! They tried everything possible to make sure that is what we needed, first.. then we proceeded to talk about water tanks!! love them and use them all the time!!

Our hot water tank blew the bottom out of itself around 6 pm and Big Springs were there the next afternoon to install a new one. They removed the old one and changed out the old connections that could have been an issue if left as they were.Polite and professional. Thanks Chris!
