Strictly Liners-No Longer in Business

Terri asked for a $1,000 deposit ahead of time, in August 2011 and promised to start work within the week. The work was never completed. Strictly Liners did not return calls, and their number was disconnected. When the number was connected again in the spring, we were promised that the owner himself would come by and issue us a refund. Of course he never showed up. Eventually we had to pay to have a different company complete the work. We still have not received a refund from Strictly Liners. This is theft, plain and simple.
