Francis Home installed a heat pump for us about a year ago. Since then, they have come out promptly to address minor issues and recently did an annual check. Each time, the technicians have been knowledgeable and when they didnt know something, made calls to find out. A particular shout out to Ramin, who was most recently at our home. He was very courteous and conscientious. Excellent service.
