Been buiyng appliances from them for more then 5 years, but lately they just hit the dust, one before last delivery was awfull they just dragged fridge on bare flooring, damaged the walls and stairs, but we clsoed our eye on that one.
But last delivery in different home, we just had new stairs done. They damaged about 10 steps with deep thorn pieces.
Also we bought "scratch and dent washer" but it was in great shape, in front of my eyes as he unloaded - the whole front was damaged as he dollied it out of the truck, and as they kept moving they did more and more damage to the washer(broke the leg, snapped the side, and I heard few more horrible bangs and snaps), by the time it was down they really damaged beyond that we didn't even want it anymore! but no refunds of course.
Once we asked about stair damage and machine, he smudged some white paint on washer and grabbed a black sharpie(:-)) we laughed really bad) and painted our grey stairs with black sharpie and proudly acknowledged that the repair is done ,stairs as good as new. Photo attached.
Bottom line, if you buy from them be cautious, DO NOT ACCEPT THER DELIVERY SERVICES.
