Rented pump jacks twice.
Equipment was NOT inspected before arriving, 1st time one jacks safety mechanism was broken, plank was bent, when coming back down the jacks slipped.
2nd time power pole system was rented. The safety clutch mechanism on each power pole was burnt out, due to them welding larger nuts to the spindles. When I called the office about the problem I was told they didn't know what was happening". They replaced one power pole even tho both werent working, leaving me with one broken one and one working one. This ended up extending my job a week and a half due to the slow process of trying to climb with a broken power pole.

I do not recommend these guys, as both times were a safety issue, and their inability to realize inspecting their equipment before renting to customers, helping their clients to finish jobs smooth and quick, which ultimetly creates positive word of mouth and more people to rent from them. Rather they rush, to get equipment rented out to next client, due to being more concerned about money, rather than clients safety, and smooth renting process.

Rented a saw with a used blade. Received rude customer service. Quick job the saw worked great. Returned saw/blade in good shape. Got charged for a new $100 blade(money grab) and some bad attitude. They lost a lot of future business and need to loss a lip employee who is prob lining his own pocket. Beware

I'm very happy with renting equipment from Kerrisdale equipment. I rented several power tools for both home and work projects over the years and found their rates to be reasonable, advice useful, and service friendly.

i rented a generator from here. The staff were very helpful in loading it for me into my truck. The rates were very reasonable. The staff were knowledgable and friendly.

Very poor service and equipment. I rented a power washer on Saturday morning. When I arrived at home, I found that the quick connector was broken and as a result I could not use the power washer. It took over two hours to deliver a replacement, with the result that I was not able to return the power washer to the store until the afternoon. The store staff then tried to charge me for the extra time, even trough the delay was caused by the defect in their own equipment.

They have a wide selection of tools and machines to rent, competitive prices, end-to-end instruction on how to use their machines, and the care to ask questions and give experienced advice and tips. Thanks to Kerrisdale Equipment, our once-bare patch of dirt is starting to germinate grass and getting greener and greener by the day!
