Bill was incredible! It was our first time looking at Central Vac. He walked us through everything very patiently, answered all questions, and helped us pick the right product for us. He was also great with scheduling someone to come in to install - the installer was also so nice and thorough! Overall, great service and great product. Would highly recommend.
