Dave Mackie of Holmes Heating did an outstanding job on Saturday morning troubleshooting and fixing a furnace that was malfunctioning. Instead of just replacing an electronic component, he took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, all the time explaining what he was doing. First class work. His excellent service means his company is in a great position to generate more revenue.
