Very satisfied! Natural gas pool heater stopped working. So I gave them a call (on a Sunday morning!). They gave me a diagnostic timeline that same day and came at the very beginning of the timeslot! The Serviceman quickly found the problem and cleaned it out all in under an hour.... did I mention this was a Sunday morning? Also the same day of the call? I'm impressed and grateful!
