We have had an annual furnace contract with Holmes for many years and recently decided it was time to replace our 20 year old furnace and A/C. The sales rep from Holmes, Vaughan F., was most helpful in explaining the product lines and choices and answering our many questions. There was no sales pressure and the price was very competitive. Once we had made a decision to purchase, the installation was scheduled in a very timely manner. The installers, Troy H. and Jamie P., were punctual, professional and easy to deal with. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and would highly recommend this company.
