Our AC was 17 years old and leaking badly. Our hot water tank and furnace are serviced by Reliance Holmes Heating and Cooling. Morgan from Reliance came to our place and checked out our heating and cooling systems and recommended a Carrier AC unit. He explained our options clearly and that the cost would be cheaper since we would now have all 3 services taken care by Reliance. The installers Trinden and Ryan were very professional in the way they took out the old unit, installed the new unit and were very clean in how they worked. Morgan, Trinden and Ryan then explained in detail how everything works before they left. Morgan followed up with us the next day to make sure we were satisfied. We would like to thank Morgan, Trinden, and Ryan on their professionalism, and courteousness. I would gladly recommend them.
