Claridge Homes

Claridge Homes has the worst builder on every level: low quality in building material, and worst customer service, this company does not care about client satisfaction, all they care for is your money; as soon as the purchase agreement is signed, you are stuck with a mountain of errors and mistakes and over charges, that the company does not want to correct or take ownership for.
This company, denies paying the family/friend referral bonus, based on silly unjustifiable reasons, simply because they choose not to pay.
I would NOT recommend this builder.
I would never buy from this builder again.

Terrible customer service. This company's number one goal is greed. They will never ever try to satisfy the customer if that means they have spend $1 or more. They are extremely nice and accomodating when they are selling you a house or condo, but after you have signed the agreement, they don't care about you at all!

I actually bought a condo (not a stand alone home - just couldn't find their condo page for this review) from Claridge at LeBreton Flats. There were a few little headaches throughout the process, but this being my first real estate purchase I don't have much of a benchmark. I've heard others' horror stories from other builders, so I'm not complaining. Once we worked that out (a small mix-up with one of my upgraded fixtures) I was good to go. My place is designed well, modern, and in a great location (close to where I work downtown).

I bought from Claridge Homes in West Pointe Village and I love it. It is beautiful, high-quality, durable, large, spacious, and most importantly it just feels like home. Great price, beautiful location. I highly recommend buying form Claridge Homes!

If you do buy a condo from Claridge (as they seem to have the best locations), make sure when you do the final inspection that you have a qualified inspector with you as there are many things that you may overlook - as we overlooked the pitt marks on the granite and when we put it on our Tarion list for repair - Claridge claimed that we should have pick that up on the pre-inspection! Then you have to chase after Claridge to get repairs done.
