Ben's Appliances

We re-visited Ben's Appliances in Surrey sometime June 24, 2017 and eventually decided to purchase a Maytag Top Load Washer. We have previously purchased new front load dryer from the same store as we were quite satisfied about their services. This time we've met with Matthew Notting who has given us a comprehensive overview about using HE washers. This store has never failed us to provide excellent service and they would go an extra mile to deliver the product especially when it's badly needed. We will surely recommend this store to our folks and we look forward to purchase their products in the future.

Received professional, courteous service from two employees as we were looking to replace our aging washer and dryer. All questions answered and we were carefully listened to as to our needs and preferences were stated. Given options of different appliances within our price range. No pressure applied at any time.
As repeat customers once again will recommend this store and return ourselves.

Went in to the store to purchase a garberator, as we have purchased all our appliances. We have been dealing with this store for the past 40 years. Although Joe has retired, we are pleased to work with his son Mathew. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have fallen in love with his Mexican rescue puppy, Flaka.

We bought our dishwasher from Ben's 3 years ago because we wanted to deal with a small, local company. We were not disappointed, from the help in the showroom to the installation the service was excellent. We just purchased a new fridge from them and the high quality of service has remained the same. Good old fashioned service from people who genuinely care about their customers.

Called on a thursday , Russ had Ken come by a few hours later. Ken assessed the problem and said he would call the next morning to confirm the part was in and he would swing by and do the repair. So friday noon everything working well as promised . Would recommend Ken to anyone . great job . thx

I just wanted to sat that the service that we received from Ken was just like the good old days. He came and assessed the problem and he phoned to update us on the progress of getting the part and was here on time just as he promised.
