Broadview Homes

Broadview was professional from beginning to the end. We made over 100 changes to the home plan we were building and all were able to be accommodated. It was a great experience and the follow up service was much of the same.. We have been in our new home for over 6 months now and love it just like the first day we took possession. Follow up service visits were very easy and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. Would recommend Broadview to anyone!

Broadview homes is a good provider. In the first year of Waranty they were willimg to enmend the maintenance needs od the house. I am just afraid what could be the service after the first year, beacuse some on the windows strated to have damage.

We bought a Broadview home two years ago as our 'move up' home (second home purchase we have made in our lives so far) They were so easy to deal with, I really felt like our salesperson was there through everything. Standards were great, appointments are at vendors showrooms which gave us a broad view ;) of everything we could choose. Our home was on time and perfect. Warranty came once, we didn't need them here after that. Quality I found to be very sound.

Future buyers advice: People tend to only write reviews if they are pissed off - use your own judgement. When building a new home: of course thing are going to go wrong, there are millions of moving parts, something is bound to go wrong. We learned that buying a home is stressful, our bank was impossible to deal with and it helped having the builder as communicative as they were.

Broadview was a great builder. We had some issues and minor deficiencies, but on the whole they treated us well. Would recommend again to anyone looking for a new home.

the sales representative was great, however, the quality of the building was no so great. we've experience numerous "small" problems in the home which was very frustrating because they started creeping in as soon as the 1 year warranty is over. Our main garage driveway was refinished again but it still didn't seemed done right. Although sub-contractors where hired to do the job, you would think that there is a quality control being done on a regular basis.

Overall, the layout of the house is what we loved, however, the built of the house is another story.

Excellent customer services. Trying to be on time but as any house construction a delay or miscommunication is kind of regular issue. Good ideas and great layouts. No design center, however visiting every supplier allows to have more options.
