New RO Filter Leaking
The tech (Greg 113605) was awesome. He called right away after I got off the phone with call centre. He was able to come earlier and he did.
When he arrived he immediately got to work. Greg Diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and explained the whole process while doing so.
Greg discovered that the new RO Filter that I was installing was faulty and was unable to properly secure and lock in place (which is why it was leaking) He grabbed a spare from his truck replaced it, functioned and all was good.
I was unaware of the system had dual shut off valves, so he explained the system and made sure I had a good understanding of it. He also took the time to properly explain the treatment for the new filter and did a great job of cleaning up his work area.
This is the definition of customer service, The world needs more Gregs !!

Now the call centre guy was rude, he cut me off a couple times while I was trying to explain what was happening and he basically told me I didn't know how to install a filter. However he did get the tech out to me right away.
