Our old furnace gave up on us on a weekend, in the middle of a very cold weather spell. We contacted Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning on Sunday morning and we had a representative visit with us later that day. We had the pleasure of working with Gerry. From the beginning, we were impressed with his professionalism, transparency, knowledge and willingness to interrupt his weekend to serve our needs. He did a thorough assessment of our property and needs, provided recommendations and was very patient in explaining the different payment and equipment/technology options they had available for us. We had the installation scheduled for the next morning. The installation crew was also very competent and considerate. We had a great experience with Gerry and the entire Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning team. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their furnace or air conditioner.
