A couple of years ago we found ourselves faced with an unpleasant furnace problem. On the recommendation of our neighbor who dealt with your company previously we contacted one of your sale reps, Gerry . This proved to be the right choice. Gerry promptly provided us with his knowledgeable in depth explanation of the problem at the same time patiently examining as well as explaining the most cost efficient and effective solution. We were utmost impressed with his expertise, patience and knowledge. Needless to say he helped us make the right choice in choosing the proper heating system for our house . Your work crew proved to be fantastic as well. Polite, efficient and extremely professional. A year ago our hot water tank needed replacing, with no hesitation we contacted Gerry with the request for help. Once again Gerry as well as your crew didn't disappoint. Job well done indeed. My furnace broke on a Sunday. I called Reliance Superior and met with Ladine. Ladine came out right away, even on a Sunday. Everybody was fantastic! Informative, polite. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

After winning a gift certificate for a free furnace inspection, cleaning and tune-up, we called Reliance to book an appointment. I appreciate great customer service and was very pleased with the friendly receptionist on the phone as we scheduled my appointment, she gives a very good first impression of the company! The day of our appointment, the serviceman called ahead, was on time and was very polite and courteous. He walked me through what he inspected, what he cleaned, and let me know that there were no concerns with our furnace. What a comfort to know that our furnace is clean and running well as our temperatures plummet this winter! One change that I would maybe suggest is that employees probably shouldn't be on their personal cell phones while working in a customer's home. Other than that, we were very satisfied, thank you!

My new furnace and air conditioner are wonderful! Thanks to Gavins recommendation, we are more comfortable than ever, and saving money on our gas bills. Our house used to have hot and cold spots spread out all over the house. The new furnace has taken care of that once and for all. I also very much appreciate having clean ducts as we got our ducts cleaned at the same time. Thanks Gavin.

I have a property with two water heaters and it was time for both of them to go. I met with Gavin, and loved the service that I received from him. Being able to rent the water heaters was great, especially since I have two of them. the installers were fast, clean and very professional

We had an older furnace and an A/C that wasn't working properly along with an older gas water heater. We contacted Reliance Superior Heating and Air Conditioning and made an appointment with the sales manager, Dave Kenny. He met with us and gave us a thorough description of the products available and the financing options. He answered any questions we had. We felt confident that this was the company we should go with. The installers worked extremely hard and did a fabulous job. It was a large job as they moved the furnace to a more convenient location. They updated our duct work as well. We are very happy with our new appliances which include a furnace, Air conditioner and tankless water heater. When the hydro employee recently came to inspect our furnace, he stated more than once that the unit was installed very well. He was quite impressed! I would highly recommend Reliance Superior to anyone needing a new furnace, AC or water heater. Well done!

Our water heater started to slowly lead (thankfully) so we called around for a couple of quotes for service. We were stunned by the quick, timely reply from Reliance to our requests. We got a new water heater within hours and the install was clean, neat and efficient. We decided to rent the new water heater because economically it makes sense as these appliances are notorious for not lasting very long. If we ever need servicing everything will be taken care of by Reliance and that just makes good sense to us.
Not even a month later our furnace heat exchanger was found to be cracked and we had 7 days to get it replaced before the provincial hydro company would turn off the furnace due to the possibility of carbon monoxide gas escaping into the house (and it was winter in Winnipeg!). Once again we called Reliance as we had excellent service for our water heater, why not try then for our furnace? Again we were impressed by the expertise of those we spoke with and the assistance we received when making our decision. We had a high efficiency Lennox furnace installed within a couple of days and once again the installers were clean, efficient, friendly and were never bothered by ALL the questions we asked!
We highly recommend Reliance Superior. T They are extremely talented and very friendly and....we had nothing to clean up afterward!

We were more than impressed with this company!! Call in the morning and had an amazing service person (Curtis) out by lunch. He was polite and explained everything clearly to us. Would highly recommend this company for all you heating and a/c needs.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Reliance. Our salesperson was very prompt in coming out to asses our needs, was very knowledgeable about the products and was honest about prices. He provided us with a number of options to choose from that would work for the size of our home. He also outlined the various payment options that were available.

The technicians that installed our furnace, a/c & tankless hot water heater we able to come out the next day and were very skilled and efficient. There were able to move the location of our a/c to a more suitable area, their workmanship was seamless and they were very neat and tidy. Our salesperson promptly visited us after the installation to ensure that everything went to our satisfaction.

The products that were purchased are very good, we are especially happy with our tankless hot water heater. Being a family with 3 teenagers, we value having unlimited hot water. The furnace and a/c are quiet and keep our home at the perfect temperature.
