My refrigerator let me down and with all the food inside I needed to get it repaired quickly. I called the guys and the next day they were home to look at it. Something was wrong with the compressor and they were able to fix it right there! thanks for the great service.

My fridge bit the biscuit - no big deal, still under warranty. The authorized repair service for my area was Aberdeen, who called me within two hours of filling out the repair request on the manufacturer's website. I figured this was a good sign. They said they would be out later that day. I called them when it was getting close to 5, and they promised they'd be out the next morning. We played this foolish game for two days. They did eventually show up, and fixed my fridge. Unfortunately it has been over 72 hours from the time it had died, and everything in it was ruined. On the other hand, the man that showed up was very nice, and I don't think it was his fault.
