Fireplace Depot

There was excessive noise coming from the fan of my Vermont Castings gas stove. Riz said that he would take care of it but I had to call a couple of times to get a response. I received the same lack of follow up on the BBQ I purchased there last summer.

Had a gas line installed. They only accepted cash. After further research, turns out they had charged me 4 times the market install value. The person I was dealing with gave a set price and then after the install, he asked for more money for an additional part! It was a $4.50 part at Home Depot and he demanded $40 more! No receipt was provided and now ignoring my calls. And now the lines are starting to rust. I may just have TSSA and other inspectors come. Be VERY careful with this company!!!!! They will demand more out of you once the work is complete, if you're lucky to have it installed correctly.

Riz provided excellent customer service and sound, professional advice. Their price also came in lower than a competing supplier. The follow up customer service was top notch. Will definitely be using Fireplace Depot in the future.

After purchasing an old 70's sidesplit we realized our pipes kept freezing from a very damaged chimney. It was recommended from the chimney company that it would cost less to replace our old wood fireplace with a gas insert. After looking through all the options we settled on a company that would run the gas exhaust right up the old chimney out of the way. We were about to leave the deposit when we drove past the "fireplace depot" and stopped in on a whim. We met Riz, who was leaving for the night to leave on vacation, he stayed with us to answer our questions. Turns out what the other company was going to do was very dangerous and illegal. Riz gave us competitive pricing and installed our fireplace the right way. Can't speak more highly of the Fireplace Depot!

Purchased an electric fireplace media console which was delivered with missing parts. I was told they would repair but after several calls they refuse. I have received the parts from the manufacturer but they will not fix the unit & refuse to take my calls. Do not use this company

I purchased a Kamado Joe from Riz. He gave great advice over the phone first and in store as well. Friendly, knowledgeable. He also stocks a great selection of bbq accessories. Delivery was prompt and accomodating. I'd buy from Riz again. Best to help out the local guy if possible and he offers a great service.

I wanted a gas fireplace in my living room for heat and for a focal point as the room was very plain but I could not figure out how to make it fit. After reading reviews on fireplace depot I met with them and they came to my house and help me decide what would work best. I loved the ideas and together we chose Whitestone and a piece of barn boards stained gray… I wanted the viewing area hire so it was more couch level so we decided to put the Barnboard higher and I am completely thrilled. It took less than two weeks to order the unit and the whole installation was four days… They were incredibly clean and neat and professional and the workmanship is beautiful. Just in time for Christmas I have a beautiful new living room and I am completely happy with the work

Great crew they got the job done. Had a issue with the first unit called fireplace depot back about the issue and they came back with a new unit and installed it. I'm happy with the outcome and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fireplace.

We were extremely happy and satisfied with our fireplace "facelift" project! We kept the same gas insert, but replaced the ugly red brick and wood panelling that surrounded the fireplace, with beautiful stone and a rustic barn beam. We couldn't be more happy with the service, quality and end look of the project! Would recommend over and over again.
