Do not buy from this company!!! 9 months later I still have to kitchen and I have paid 8,000.00. The most useful advice I can give is to stay away from Romeo and his companies. Also known as Xpress Kitchens and Kitchen and Flooring warehouse! 1825 32 ave ne. Stay away!!

I paid 60% upfront for my kitchen reno. After 3 months of delay, and after Romeo (owner) abandoned my job, I cancelled the contract and had to hire another contractor to finish it. I am one of those who made complaint to Service Alberta, and I am glad that they issued him an order now. Romeo needs to learn hard lessons.

I was more then happy to go with this company. Our kitchen looks AMAZING. The cabinets are great quality, great look. The soft close drawers are so nice, my wife loves them. Easy to clean, quality at a very nice price. I would recommend these cabinets to anyone! Everyone who visits my house comments on how nice my kitchen is. Now we can cook, bake and entertain, I love my new kitchen!

Very unprofessional!

We Purchased cabinets & flooring from Floors R Us last Aug 2012. It has now been nearly 7 months and we still don't have our cabinets! We have been constantly ignored or when we did speak with someone they said that they will find out what's going on and get back to us, needless to say we never hear back from them...

We started our home reno last July and were on a schedule to finish it by the end of November as we had our families coming for Christmas. We were told not to worry that everything would be done on time. After following up several weeks after paying they said that everything was waiting for us in the warehouse. After several months they admitted that they never ordered it and forgot about us.

When we began pushing them to refund our money we were told that they can't as they already paid for the flooring and cabinets. They delivered our flooring mid Dec and their installer begun installing in our living room, he did a good section of it and told us that he would be back the next day. He left all his tools in our house and took a 3 week break over the holidays! Our families had no place to stay as the flooring was not installed throughout the house and we had no cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. After the 3 weeks the installer came back and waited until no one was home and packed his tools and left. I was left to install the flooring myself although they did send another installer as I was not interested in completing the first installers work.

The flooring, which was supposedly high end, is now delaminating and we have about 30 boards throughout the house which are peeling! some boards have already been replaced but this is getting worse!

We ordered a dark shaker cabinet and they told us that if we pay a bit more than we can have a cherry red cabinet with a completely different style!!! WE REFUSED!

Recently we got a hold of Romeo who said he was in California and he said that we are wasting his time and that this delay is our fault as we did not like the red cabinets he brought for us?!?!?!

Romeo also proceeded to tell me that he is "not afraid of lawyers", so i'm not sure what he was implying. But I will let everyone know that. After nearly seven months of waiting and constantly being ignored we are at the end of our ropes. Romeo has our money and we can't move forward with our lives as our dream house is now a nightmare!!!

I would like to write a review for this company to show my appreciation for the work they did on my home. I cannot beleive what an amazing job they did and i find it very hard to believe some of these other reviews. during the renovation their workers were there on time, there was only one time they had to rescedule due to bad weather or something but all in all excellent customer service and you can clearly see they take pride in their work!

i cannot believe someone would actually wright a negative review about this company ,we got royal service from this company and definitely recommend to every one we got recommended by our neighbor and we definitely will recommend every one thanks again Arseneo .

Worst experience we have every had. They were hired to renovate a kitchen, they dropped the material and that's the last we saw of them for months. Yes months. Their trades sometimes showed up, but it's always something. The suppliers were not calling them back, the order is delayed. Too late I read on another site, called BBB and their membership is revoked. I think that they are having cash flow issues and they are not paying their bills, that's why the workers don't return. Just go else where. It's too late for us. Too bad Mike Holmes is not in Alberta. Do not pay up front, learn from my mistake.

I was happy with Floors R Us for my rental property, they were cheaper that the competition by several hundred and they did the job as expected. Booking was the only issue, I would have liked a quicker install but for the price it was ok. I would use again.

my mother used them before and i had a good deal on my kitchen reno i love my cabinets and granite top very fast and detail work we will definetly use them again see u guys soon was just wondering if u guys work on weekends ,they also have a nice designer store next door amazing things what a nice store cant believe we have a store like this in calgary will recomend to all my friends.
