Jager Homes Inc

We built we Jager in Rock Lake Estates and we are very happy with the overall service and our home. The sales process with Ziad was beyond exceptional- his attention to detail, honesty, and knowledge made it an easy decision for us to build with Jager. During the building process, Travis and Chad went above and beyond to ensure timelines were met and our house was built to the standards we had expected. Krista helped us through the selections process with patience and her expertise. Unfortunately, communication between the office and selections centres were horrific and we had to be on top of all the upgrades we had paid for. It didn't help that Annette was rude, incompetent, and useless in ensuring these items were looked after. Despite this issue and some exterior finishes that remain to be completed (weather permitting), we are very happy with our home and thankful to Ziad, Chad, Travis, and Krista for their professionalism, and care.
