I bought the house from jager homes, it was overpriced because when I got the home price from city it was too low what I paid. Now I sold the house and loose 40000$. The buyers home inspector told me that one side of the house siding are loose because are not nailed by the builder. I called them but they are too rude. If you are buying house from them make sure about the price and hire your own home inspector to give you the right condition of house.

Very pleasant buying experience with Jager. From day 1, everything went well. Area manager, Zee, was very helpful and friendly and helped us through all the process. Quality build houses and reasonable prices. I recommend working with Jager homes and looking forward to have more business with Zee.

We currently build a new home with Jager. From day 1 to now (moved in 6 months) we are pleased with service of their sales service. Sales Manager ZEE Tassi helped us through everything and would like to appreciate for his excellent customer service. Also would like to thank site supervisor Travis and others in administration. Through out the process they have answer any questions we had and went extra miles for customer satisfaction.

We bought through Jager homes this summer, and have had a great experience working with Ziad, Travis, and their teams.

Throughout the process, they have answered all of our questions, and been very prompt on any follow ups. Our homes was delivered as agreed upon, and on time.

As a new home buyer, one of the best decisions we took was to select Jager Homes as our builder. We are so pleased with our new home! the process from start to finish was stress free. There were a few issues that came up during construction, but the team at Jager worked on resolving the issues promptly and made sure we as customers were completely satisfied. We are building a new home with Jager and the experience was great... Ziad (Zee) helped us through each step of the process since this is the first time we are building a house. Zee helped us reconfigure the floorplan that we wanted: amazing, open, and bright. Just had a walkthru with Zee few days ago and our house is looking good... cant wait to move in to our new house!!!!

Specific to our most recent house, the team at Jager - Rock Lake NW went over and above our expectations. Zee and Annette were available to discuss anything we entertained and worked extremely hard to make it a reality; essentially they helped us build a custom home. Whenever we had concerns (and let's face it, they are to be expected), the team was quick to address and resolve. We feel very fortunate to have had such an experience.
