I bought the house from jager homes, it was overpriced because when I got the home price from city it was too low what I paid. Now I sold the house and loose 40000$. The buyers home inspector told me that one side of the house siding are loose because are not nailed by the builder. I called them but they are too rude. If you are buying house from them make sure about the price and hire your own home inspector to give you the right condition of house.
