Update on the review last paragraph.
Last year in September I bought a beautiful bedroom set that was on special 1100 for the entire bedroom. So I bought it. And I am still paying for it. My bed frame is broken , I tried talking with the customer service since the 4th of June. Still no answer no one help to this day we are now 2nd of July. 1 month and still nobody will help or order a new piece no news anything. Customer service is a big 0. You call they say will call you back in 48hours. And nobody leaves a number to call back and if you don't have the extension number that they don't give you when you call by the way, then they hang up on you automatically. Also they don't call back , they call once and if you miss their call to bad you won't be able to reach them. It is beyond unprofessional, we pay for a service that we don't get. I am still waiting for a call within the next 48h. And I am very unhappy. If it can save you the trouble don't buy anything from Brault &Martineau the service after sell isn't good.
Also when the delivery guys came in last year they were supposed to install my purchase and they left everything in boxes and left and asked for a tip.
7 months later today 26 of November 2020, I received the piece that broke without the bolts and screws that I need to put the bed back together. BRAULT & MARTINEAU does not care about its customers it only cares about the money they can make. My advice to you don't buy from there.
