Purchased a TV that they advertised as in stock. I order it, they call the next day to say "oh it's going to take 2 weeks" - This was about 3 weeks ago. I tell them no problem as I'm moving in to a new house and it's not too much of a rush. I call back this past Monday (exactly 14 days since the order was placed) and they say "oh we don't have an ETA for the TV" (the person on the phone kept trying to avoid promising a day) - I kept asking a week? two weeks? a month? their response was "it will be in shortly".
I called back Wednesday because now I found that another store actually has this model in stock and I can pick it up right away to ask about an ETA again. Their response? "Oh, we don't know, maybe 2-3 more weeks"
I tell them to cancel it. They email me back today with the gem in the photo. 25% restocking fee on an item you don't have in stock, misinformed me about its stock status to get the order, and can't tell me an ETA for when I will get the product, and they want to charge a 25% restocking fee?! By the way, as of this writing; the TV is still showing as IN STOCK!!
Horrible company. Stay as far away as you can.
