The time to get the freezer was ridiculous because of supply chain issues with the manufacturer (Maytag) but CAS kept me updated on a regular basis as to when we could expect delivery.
On delivery day, their app kept updating the time window (necessary because of road conditions. Much better to have a 30 minute delivery window instead of morning, afternoon or sometime during the day. The delivery crew were great, including masks without having to ask.
