I ordered appliances which were stated to be available in 3-5 days. So far I received 3 of 5 pieces a month later, one damage during unloading and told I could get a new part shipped, then told to deal with Bosch on warranty, why is it bosch’s warranty when there delivery team tipped it over??? Now still waiting for the last two pieces 2 months later and their “expected delivery” dates just keep changing. Sales person is no longer and a new one was to be assigned 5 weeks ago. Honestly I am a patient person, but this has been a terrible experience with nothing I can believe and no response to email now….
I would not recommend to anyone to order on line with them, you maybe waiting in the dark for months! I think they get some good reviews because they ask for them immediately after order is taken… wait until your experience is done to give a review!!!
