we bought a sofa set from them about 1 month before Xmas last year, the sales person promised that we will get it before Xmas and then about 1 week before Xmas, they told me they are too busy to delivery my sofa set to me before the holidays even after I already paid $150 for their full delivery service. I was pissed off and fight through the phone with their manager who really never answer his phones. eventually they did a quick drop off for me, leave the sofa set unpacked in my garage.

Every time I go to a furniture store I am disappointed because I end up not liking any of their furniture. I loved almost everything at Finesse. Their furniture selection is absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with my selections right away. I needed to have them. There was a sale on, so we got a pretty good deal. We bought a dining table with 6 chairs, 4 stools for our island, a 6 piece sectional couch, and coffee table. Everything is wonderful quality as well. The service was great too. They also have payment plans for those who can't afford to pay cash right away. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.
