Rona Home & Garden Barrie

I ordered paint for curb side pick up and was told it was ready so I drove in to wait a hour for them to help me meanwhile everyone that showed up after me was helped first then told they canceled my order and female manager was very rude when speaking to me and yelling in parking lot when I was trying to ask why my order was canceled, I received nothing but horrible customer service and immature management yelling at me because I ask why my orders been canceled

Ordered 2k worth of insulation. Waited a month for delivery. Finally got it and it was filled with maggots! The delivery came at 8pm noticed the maggots at 6am when we went to install. Had to carry the bags back up from my clean and empty basement all through my house dropping maggots everywhere to bring it to the garage. Called the store, head office and left messages - nothing. Showed up to their store and they assured me that someone was going to come next morning to pick it up- no call and no show. Now my garage is crawling with them. We're not talking about a couple. You kick the bags and they are just falling out. There was also some in the stack of drywall that was shrink wrapped and dropped in the driveway. Also was 10 sheets of drywall short.

I received exceptional service from Al, the store manager who was wonderfully helpful when we had to exchange a toilet - followed up, great attitude and even showed up personally to deliver a new one! Thank you!

We are in the process of building a bathroom in our basement. We have bought several items from Rona as it is a Canadian company and their prices seem resonable. The staff are kind and helpful, we will return to Rona Barrie.
