Ehrenburg is great to work with. They have a strong sales team, build a quality product, are highly organized and detail oriented, and more than willing to help in any way they can.

Have dealt with Ehrenburg for many years and would again. Conrad and the team are very professional and easy to deal with. They make a great product and are extremely competitive in the market.

2 years in this new townhome have been nothing short of a nightmare. Significant sinking around all 3 complexes. Asphalt has been replaced twice, and it's still sinking. Water is running into peoples garages, and underneath structure. Drainage is completely inadequate, as are the downspout locations. An alarming amount of black mould has appeared in peoples garages. But evidently this is due to "humidity from peoples cars in their garages". Really? Evidently you think we were all born yesterday. Nothing but excuses for the myriad of deficiencies that they haven't dealt with in the warranty period for every single one of the residents. Forget customer service....you can't reach them by phone or email as it's evident they're avoiding us all. This complex was nothing but a quick sale and buck for them. I wouldn't wish this place on Vladimir Putin. Whatever reputation this company once had is long gone. Please, if you are reading this and considering this company for your build....run, run fast to another builder who actually cares about serving the needs of their customers.

Ehrenburg but only provides a high quality home but provide exceptional service during the process. This team is responsive, professional, and personal. Knowing their customers likes and dislikes makes the process smooth and enjoyable. Bonnie from sales is beyond patient - she provides customers with an amazing experience.

I have been in the home building industry since 2008. Ehrenburg Homes offer stunning designs, priced extremely competitvely, and delivers an excellent product! The customer service coordinator is awesome and cares about each and every customer after they move int heir brand new home!No builder I have worked for comes close to the way Ehrenburg Homes operates, and recently won fastest growing company in CANADA!

I wouldnt recommend this company to Vladimir Putin. Complete disregard to immediate safety concerns regarding access deficiencies (caved in driveway and washed out sidewalk foundations). Maintenance is non existent between transfer to condo association (grass is 10 tall and water pooling on peoples driveways and sidewalks). Bought almost 6 months agostill no landscaping. Charging exorbitant amount for additional landscaping requests - youd think theyd cut you a break but its the complete opposite. Contractors cant work on rain days, and evidently dont on sunny days either. Shoddy exterior workmanship regarding stairs (2x4 pieces to support???). This goes on and on and on.worst builder experience of my life. They would get a 0 if it wasnt for the inside being ok. Communication with the office is terrible as they seem to have an excuse for everything. This whole experience is amounting to one of the worst experiences of our lives for my family. Everyone in the complex thinks the same way. Find someone else!!!!

I love my Ehrenburg Home! We custom built our family home a few years ago and still to this day, I wouldn’t change a thing. The service we received from the moment we met to discuss the house build and on, Ehrenburg have been great to work with. The attention to detail and the quality of workmanship is phenomenal. Still to this the day we receive great service from Ehrenburg.

We bought a new home in Brighton in 2018 from Ehrenburg that had been built on spec. It had sat on the market for some time (buyers likely were scared off by certain aspects of the yard) so we got it for an excellent price. It is a gorgeous house and we are happy with it.

For any warranty issues, Ehrenburg has been fantastic and gone above and beyond in some cases (like even arranging for a plumbing fix after our one year warranty expired). They are usually quick to respond to e-mails (best way to let them know about issues as there is a paper trail) and are always great to deal with.

We did have a couple of issues not covered by warranty. The grading - ugh we needed a few truckloads of dirt to fill in a hole because our neighbours downspout (also an Ehrenburg home) was pointed towards our house. Some settling is expected, but this was excessive. Not expensive to fix, just got free dirt from various places, but involved a bunch of shoveling. The downspout also caused sinking of our walkway, which requires mudjacking to fix. Not ridiculously expensive to fix, but still crappy.

The concrete on our driveway also is in rough shape - less than 2 years later and there is significant spalling - but to be honest... many homes by different builders have similar issues in our neighbourhood.

Other issues we had, were all addressed, and mostly were minor paint/drywall and little plumbing issues, plus some issues with doors and a window and the kitchen exhaust vent. They fixed them all up with no hassle other than having to wait for their trades to come in, and left us very happy.

In the end, we still are still super happy with our home after our first year. This is in large part due to their awesome service department! Plus our house is beautiful, and was an excellent value for the money especially considering the quality of the finishes (engineered hardwood floors and ceramic tile, quartz counters, upgraded mechanicals, etc.). We love the layout, it's well thought out, and we still feel like we got an excellent deal.

I would enthusiastically recommend Ehrenburg in the future!

I have purchased a home through this builder in March and noticed couple of things that needed to be fixed. Like a broken sprinkler pipe and broken fence door. I was told they will be done as soon as possible. Now its been two months and all Im getting is run around by these guys. Dont buy their house.
