6 years ago we purchaced a Serta bed from Dufresne. It has been the most comfortable bed we own. When we called to purchase a second bed the model had been discontinued but Norrine selected three best choices that were equivalent. The service and technical knowledge is worth it!

I purchased a dryer online which closely matched my other dryer. The order wouldnt go through and I called the store. Ernie followed up with me and helped me make it happen

Couch was delivered with 8 inch ink stain. The drivers should have taken it back. As once you accept the delivery you are stuck with it. So if you are delivered anything from Dufresne or any other furniture store insist the delivery drivers take it back. Do not accept it! After a lot of persistence many texts and frustrating phone calls with customer service and a month later have approval to have a replacement sent out. Paid extra for white glove delivery apparently the gloves had ink on them.
