Wendy was great to work with. She gave me great suggestions for my cabinetry. Loved the Caesarstone counter and backsplash. When i had issues with the spice rack, Wendy arranged to have the manufacturer come onsite to replace in a timely manner.

I am extremely pleased with the end product and the speed at which everything was done.

All our White MDF Kitchen Cabinet doors have all turned YELLOW!
It's not from sun or cooking, its due to the materials used as my parents have experienced the same issue with the same White MDF Kitchen doors from Golden Summit.

My interior designer recommended we use Golden Summit. We had to revised our design a few times due to unexpected discoveries on our end and had to adjust the design due to price. Wendy was able to work with my interior designer to resolve all issues.

Parts arrive on time and as described. Highly recommended.

Renovating our fixer-upper. We have a small kitchen, about 10'x10'. I love to cook, and need to maximise space. We saw a nice kitchen at an open house in a home similar to ours. We were referred to Golden Summit. We brought the pictures there and told them our situation. Right away, they were able to identify ways of improving on the kitchen in the pictures. They installed on time, as expected, and did clean work. I am really impressed by how much storage space I have. Although the kitchen is smaller than in my last house, with the tall upper cabinets, I am actually able to fit more stuff in. They also incorporated a lazy suzan and a built in spice rack for maximum function. Price was a bit lower than a comparable kitchen from everyone's favourite swedish home store, though we opted for maple cabinets. Only thing they didn't do was caulk around the edges of the counters, though that's ok since we are putting in a backsplash soon.

I'm very dissatisfied with the staff, especially Wendy. We visited the store and she was very unwilling to help us. When we asked for more detailed information and selections of material, she seemed annoyed at all our questions. When we asked about dimensions of drawers and sink, she handed us the tape measure and asked us to measure ourselves. When we asked about the selections of colors, she was very unpolite and just pointed at the area without saying anything. Today, we called on the phone and asked about prices and possible changes, she basically cut us off and said there are customers in the store. We feel very insulted and not treated as worthy customers. Their prices are not entirely aligned with their level of quality and service. You would expect higher quality and service with their prices. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am truly disappointed in this company. I had kitchen cabinets and an island made -- we paid a lot of money for these cabinets and the quality was sub par. We definitely did not get what we asked for, and what we paid for. Firstly, they took many shortcuts in making the cabinets. Laminate doors instead of veneer, melamine boards instead of wood, poor staining work -- uneven colour and lacquer that was used chips easily. We already have scratches and chips after one week. When we talked to the owner about this he became very argumentative and told us that it was our fault and that we were being picky. For the price we paid, yes we should be picky.

The owner's priority is to get paid, even though the finished result was unsatisfactory. There were many mistakes made as the finished product did not match the drawings. We ended up having to pay extra money to correct his mistakes. If he spent as much effort in the quality of his work as he did in requesting payment, then the product would be satisfactory.

In summary, we definitely did not get what we paid for. You will exert a lot of effort in dealing with this guy and in the end it won't make a difference, he just wants his money. Do yourself a favour and keep looking.

I ordered two custom made bathroom vanities from Golden Summit and I am extremely happy with their woodwork. They did the installation for me. Because my new home is a 40 years old house and the vanities I ordered are wall to wall vanities. It took them more than 4 hours to complete installation due to the unevenless of the floor and the walls. But they did an excellent excellent job.

The vanities are beautiful. One is in corn silk color with black quatz top. One is in walnut color with a beige color quartz top. Both with crown molding for the pot light and decorative trims.

I am extremely happy with their work and will highly recommend them to anyone who wish to buy custom vanities.

There is only two small things I would suggest for improvement.
1. They do not have a big showroom. So basically, I come up with the style and design for the vanities, they did the measurement and then do the wood work and installation. It would be good if they have a big showroom to show people the styles and the work they can do. It is a bit difficult to imagine how the vanities would come out.
2. I will be good if they make it a habbit to bring vacuum cleaner to clean up after they finish their work. I provided them the vacuum cleaner and suggested them to use it and they were very happy to clean up for me after they finished.

Excellent Job Overall. My husband and I decided to use Golden Summit to replace the kitchen cabinet after several estimates and were very happy with the result. Price was very reasonable. They custom built with exact measurement so there were no need to worry about adjusting your design from prefabricate dimension.

We have picked a very special color (bright yellow) to goes with our bright red mosaic back splash. Sean from Golden Summit was very patient and willing to try the bold color by providing sample. The result was amazing.

The installation schedule was on time with no delay. Installers were very experience, courteous and tidy with cleanup afterwards. Job was finished in one day. No mess.

They do not have a fancy showroom but you know what, why would you want to pay for those overhead.

I will highly recommend this to anyone who is considering renovating their kitchen. You will not regret it.

One negative point: their English is not very good, speak slowly or put everything in writing (instructions, requests...)
