Don't hire this company. You will be quoted a price that is under your budget. As the job progresses, however, "problems" will arise and the job will go way over your budget. This was Fletcher's plan all along, although you were not let in on his secret. This contractor hires extremely poor sub-contractors who will not do a good job. Things will not be level and plumb, paint will be spilled and not cleaned up properly, garbage will be left on the tops of cabinets where they figure you will not see it until they are long gone with your money. If you want a good quality renovation, hire someone other that Fletcher.

Worst experience ever! Comes across professional but far from it. Was not honest, never responded to emails and when he finally did, he would and make excuses, kept postponing the job and then took our money without any work being done. Do not hire this person, he’s not to be trusted.

We had a small renovation job last year that grew into a major job. Initially we were simply replacing patio doors which led to a family room renovation to a replacement of all the hardwood on the main level to a total rebuild of the front porch. This led to huge additional costs and some major problems in the work timeline both by the contractor and mostly with subcontractors. In the end the work was well done and we are mostly satisfied with the major tasks undertaken.
