Very poor quality housing and poor customer service from ServiceQ
I would not recommend getting a house with Sterling. Very poor housing quality, a lot of items forgotten during the process of building such as insulation, not properly installed window, pipes leaking, etc and calling someone from maintenance or warranty is a nightmare. Dealing with serviceQ is frustrating. I have to send multiple emails and a follow-up phone call and this did not happen only once but all the time! And obviously you don't check every corner of your house everyday and when you notice the issue they could not figure out the solution and the problem keeps coming back. And some of the issue, by the time you notice it, they will say out of warranty even if the supplier confirms that the Sterling did not install it correctly.
