let me start off by saying ( Steffen Bruckner) is an excellent warranty guy if i had any problems that i call him about if he can't it in the same day two days tops for him to show up to either get it fixed himself or to set up an appointment date to get it done. over all I'm happy with my home and i think i made the right choice choosing sterling homes.
