Russ Bow, owner of Bow Home Comfort Systems, has been taking care of any customer that comes his way since day one. He puts pride into his work, where he can truly show his customers how much he appreciates their business. Russ’ son, Andrew, also works for Bow Home Comfort Systems.

Russ has his gas and air conditioning tickets. Andrew holds his gas ticket. Bow Home Comfort is fully insured, and can also offer Ontario Power Authority rebates on applicable purchases.

Russ and Andrew always tell their customers to be wary of those who condemn your home comfort system. Russ and Andrew were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price for the A/C unit was excellent. Heating/furnace system repair

My home furnace stopped pumping warm air recently because we inadvertently shut down the gas intake line. Russ and Andrew were very patient in trouble shooting the cause and fixed it promptly. I am happy with their service.

Furnace Replacement and Installation

When our 26 year old furnace stopped working we called on Russ and Andrew who had alson installed our AC unit a few years ago. They came and diagnosed the problem (a circuit board) and wired the fan to work. But it was time for a replacement. The repair would have cost one third the price of a new furnace anyway. So only two days later they were able to come and do the removal of the old and installation of the new furnace. It is working great and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bow Home Comfort for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks again Russ and Andrew, another great job done.

Quality workmanship, Great to deal with

We were looking for someone to install a whole home humidifier and our new Nest thermostat. I sent them an email to get an estimate. The were quick to respond with a price. We set up an appointment. Day of the appointment they were professional and friendly. Got the work done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

New furnace— spectacular job

No words can express our gratitude. Quick to respond to quote. Courteous and clean. They definitely know their stuff. As I was dealing with another company that wouldn’t have even told me some of the stuff that I should’ve known. The price was so much better than any other quotes. A father and son team that I would recommend in a heartbeat. Their friendly and business like manner was so appreciated.
